Grassington is a picturesque village in which there is a fine range of interesting shops, a museum and a wide choice of eating establishments to suit most tastes.

Yew Tree House is an excellent base for exploring the Dales on foot or by bicycle, car or public transport. We have ample parking and, whilst situated in a quiet location, we are but two minutes walk from the main village square. 

We offer a warm welcome together with spacious and comfortable accommodation. There are three bedrooms - two with standard double beds and one with a super-king bed that can be configured as a twin. Each bedroom is complete with an en-suite containing a cubicle-type shower, wash hand basin and WC. One en-suite also has a full size enamelled bath. All the bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities, flat screen colour TVs with separate CD/DVD players, and iPod/iPhone bedside docking stations incorporating alarm clocks/FM radios. There is ample on-site car parking, and guests have use of a comfortable sitting room where there is a large display of local books and tourist information. For those who can't leave their computers at home (!) we also offer a high speed WiFi network which may be accessed at no additional charge.

Our breakfast menu is comprehensive and has won a VisitEngland award; in addition to the traditional favourites we offer vegetarian/vegan options and various house specialities. Wherever possible we source our ingredients from local, organic producers. Formally trained in food safety for catering, recently we were delighted to receive a Five Star Food Hygiene Rating from Craven District Council.
